The Government has just issued Decree No. 96 / ND-CP of June 30, 2018, detailing the prices of irrigation products and services and providing support for the use of public irrigation products and services.

Accordingly, the price of irrigation public utility products and services is calculated in VND (VND) per unit of public irrigation product or service for each method of irrigation, drainage or type of irrigation. products and services.

Based on the market at the time of valuation in normal weather conditions (without natural disasters, fires and other abnormal conditions), the owner of an irrigation project or an organization or individual that operates the project Irrigation authorities shall set the price level of public irrigation products and services for competent state agencies to appraise price schemes and set maximum prices and specific prices of public irrigation products and services.

The prices of other irrigation products and services are calculated in VND (VND) per unit of irrigation product or service for each type of product or service.

The method of pricing other irrigation products and services specified in this Decree is a basis for owners of irrigation works or organizations or individuals that exploit irrigation works to formulate plans for prices of irrigation products. irrigation services and competent State agencies appraise price schemes and set price brackets and specific prices of other irrigation products and services.

The Decree takes effect from July 1, 2018.
