CIRCULARS

PROMULGATING VIET NAM PRICE APPRAISAL STANDARDS 12

Pursuant to the Law on Prices No. 11/2012 / QH13 dated June 20, 2012;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 89/2013 / ND-CP of August 6, 2013 detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Prices on price appraisal;

Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 87/2017 / ND-CP dated July 26, 2017 defining the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

At the proposal of Director of Price Management Department,

The Minister of Finance promulgates a Circular to promulgate Vietnam valuation standards No. 12

Article 1: To promulgate together with this Circular Vietnam Standards Valuation No. 12 - Criteria for Appraisal of Enterprises.

Article 2. Organization of implementation

1. This Circular takes effect on January 1, 2018.

2. The Department of Price Management shall assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with concerned agencies in, directing, guiding and inspecting the implementation of the provisions of the Criteria for price appraisal promulgated together with this Circular and legal documents. relevant laws.

3. In the course of implementation, if any problems arise, the units are requested to report them to the Ministry of Finance for guidance, settlement, amendment and supplementation as appropriate.
